The payment methods offered on Click n' Glide are made through secure payment companies, which secure your bank details and do not allow Click n' Glide to access your credit card number.
Clubs credit their accounts in advance with the amount they wish. On the 1st day of each month the amount is calculated based on the number of members and debited. The account must always remain positive under penalty of suspension of services.
The services are offered for an indefinite period. At any time the club can request the termination and deletion of all its data here
Click n’ Glide takes privacy and the protection of personal data very seriously. Click n' Glide undertakes to implement adequate measures to ensure the Protection of Personal data and to process and use such data in compliance with the applicable provisions and in particular European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (the “General Data Protection Regulation”) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 known as the Data Protection Act.
Click n’ Glide is required to collect, consult, use, modify, store and delete personal data as part of its commercial and contractual activities.
These data are collected directly from the people concerned or from organizations (associations, clubs, etc.) to which the members belong.
Click n' Glide does not share or sell personal data to third parties.
Information such as the phone number and email address of users are by default not visible to other club members (except for members in charge of club management, known as "administrator members"). They can be visible to other club members at the user's request.
The information is stored securely on OVH's servers.
Customer data is kept during the contractual relationship, and can be kept for ten (10) years after the termination of the contractual relationship to meet accounting and tax obligations.
